China Construction Bank (Asia) ("CCB (Asia)") and FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (“FWD”) entered into partnership in 2007. CCB (Asia) is an appointed insurance agent of FWD to promote life insurance products underwritten by FWD. FWD is the insurer of the products and solely responsible for application approval, coverage and benefit payment of the life insurance products.
