Headquartered in Central, Hong Kong, Hong Kong Cigar Exchange (HKCE) is established in 2013. The Company has been operating cigar retail business since 2007 in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and has established more than five shops and clubs respectively in Central, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui and Chengdu, China.
